Discuss Forum App in the ElectriciansForums.net News and Updates area at ElectriciansForums.net

It'll just use your phones interface, and will support push notifications and that sort of thing.

It doesn't use the same interface.

You use an iPhone forum app as if you're browsing through your messages and whatnot. And it'll do push notifications, which is when somebody replies to a PM, or a thread (if you have it active), it'll ping your screen saying so. No web browser or mac/PC will do that when you're not already browsing the forum.

Try it. It's free. If you don't like it. Get rid.

If you click the link in the OP you go to the Google Play store. So that'll work for Android devices which apparently is the biggest market share when it comes to software.

The Apple (so iOS) version is being reviewed and may be another week before it's available.

What phone do you have?

Not tried out our yet Dan. Like my Tapatalk. Can keep all my forums in one place. May give it a whirl though & see if there's any nice little features that Tapatalk don't have

Only jusy noticed thus thread, so I have downloaded it and at this moment using it on the ipad.
Dan, is there anychance you could create a larger vesion for the ipad? It looks quite poor when doubled in size.
I will try to use it as much as I can with the ipad then give a review.

It's an app for iPod and iPhones really mate to be honest.

I'd use the Safari (or Chrome is what I'd use) app to load the normal site on an iPad as the screen is big enough for all the content, especially if you slide the sidebar away.

Thats what I do currently and probably will stick to.
