Has anyone had compensation off wholesalers

Having trouble with wholesalers been 3 months giving wrong parts broken parts still not fixed just had debt collection agency letter today from them, because I said I am not paying bill till they sort it arhhhhhh

And its only a 3 way door entry

I think I have lost 2 days plus endless phone calls

Has anyone had money back ?

In the end yes but they were hopeless. In the end I went up the chain of command to area manager above region or other way round & he went ballistic. The manager of the branch was a waste of space. Hopeless. But after months of that, hey presto! It was sorted out when a big hammer hit him on the head....,
