I have a Himox H06 Air Purifier. I decided to put another filter in. According to instructions it says press the power button for 5 seconds to reset the filter. When I press the power button for 5 seconds it does not do anything. Also it has a app, there is a reset button, it’s asks me to press confirm, which I do. Still does not do the reset.
Has anyone have heard of this problem before?
