EICR today on a holiday cottage.

Suffice to say they’ve agreed to a board change along with some other remedials.

I took the cover off…. That’s not one of the faults… but straight away missing busbar shield, mismatched devices no RCDs whatsoever and 1.5mm cable spurred off a 32A mcb.

I only count 3 different brands ?

I Have seen way more mix and match breakers then that over the years , heck I have 3 mixed brands in my own consumer unit at home

There is an unused off peak board to the left. Turned off, with no fuses. If this was to be turned on, the bottom bar where the fuses would be inserted would be live at off peak times. If the fuse cover was there, it would be ok… but it’s missing.
If the tails were to be disconnected from the service isolator, how does one fill the hole left by taking the tail out? New cover for the bottom of the isolator?

The off peak board is being used as a joint box. Two of the old storage heater points have been changed to sockets and are fed from the main board.

The main board, which they have agreed to replace, is on a wall only 345mm wide. New board might have to be mounted sideways.
