It's the habit of the smoking motion. Most think smoking relieves stress etc... but this is not true it is just a reflex reaction and makes no difference to your situaton once you have had one. What I have found in the UK where smoking is banned in the workplace including vehicles is that I can vape in my work vehicle although strictly speaking in other aspects it is illegal. I work away from home and find I no longer have to venture outside for a puff even though most hotels don't allow vaping but it leaves no odour.
Nowt worse than an ex smoker
