Hi All,

I have been thinking of starting out on my own for ages just can seem to find that last bit of courage to go for it. Just comes down to the usual insecurities- paying mortgage bills ect. Do loads of work in my spare time.
Does anyone have any advice or tips?

I Was The Same As You 2 Years Ago,i Was Working For A Big Company Doing Council House Refurbs/rewires With A 5 Year Contract Nice And Secure But I Hated It ,i Used To Dread Going To Work,i Have 2 Kids 6 And 2 Wife Cant Work And A Mortgage And I Just Started Off Doing Weekend Stuff For Myself Until It Was Getting Too Much So I Just Took The Leap,it Was A Bit Scary At First But Once You Get A Good Reputation And Known By A Few Local Builders You Should Be O.k. But Remember It Aint A Bed Of Roses And The Buck Stops With You If A Job Goes ---- Up.good Luck.
