Hi
I posted a few weeks back what looks like to be an economy seven timer located in a store cupboard in my flat that I assume was connected to a large storage heater that I no longer use. I am arranging to have the timer removed when the fusebox is updated in a couple of weeks however I have just checked the communal meter cupboard in the public corridor and have found another identical timer (below my electricity meter) that has my flat number on it. It says property of Eastern Electricity Board (date installed 1996) whereas the one located in the flat say property of consumer - see two attached photos - my question is will it affect my electricity supply if I remove the timer in the flat??
Think I may be on an economy seven tariff but I don't use appliances overnight.
Any advice - suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am a bit perplexed!
Thanks

the electrician doing the work will be able to tell you where the cables go, and what could be affected by its removal.

Simplest form is a live and neutral to power the clock, and a live in, live out across the switching.
(is that what i can see? 4 wires?)
