i translated these sentences into english

1-) Flexible Control Right Front Lever
2-) Right Front Flexible Oscillator Control
3-) Front crosspiece dispenser

Does anyone have any information about what these sentences mean?
What part of the press does it express?

As in inching the press over.

There could also be a reference to moving the slide adjust on the press, i.e. increasing or decreasing the depth of the stroke
