With regard to the spitting incident, however disgusting it was, it would be unfair to sack him, as Kirsty Gallagher wasn't sacked when she was done for drink driving. Also when the video of the spitting was shown, the voice over said it was filmed by the girl's father who was driving. Using a phone whilst driving, hope HE gets fined and gets points.

Its all getting a bit rather silly, whilst driver was being a sausage, he is now receiving threats via social media etc.

As been pointed out, the only one acting in an adult manner, was the drivers 14 year old daughter. The other two, were acting like a spoilt 14 year olds.

What he did was wrong, spitting is disgusting, he should have been in court and fined for bad behaviour, however that said losing his job would be a mistake. He should apologise to the people concerned in a face to face meeting, and then the driver should get 3 points and a sixty pound fine for using his phone whilst driving. I don't care what happens to him by the way but ending his career over a moment of madness would not be fair IMO.

Agree with you in the most part. But these people are paid quite generously, to be in the public eye and for their views, probably been asked his views about footballers antics on & off pitch? I don't know, never listened to his programme.

Looks like the car driver might also be done for using his phone whilst driving, and rightly so.

TBH he should have been concentrating on driving not goading someone. Carragher should have just laughed it off.
