I've been using Ansell Lighting products for a good few years now and have had very few issues.
I'm thinking of changing the wholesaler I use and they seem to be pushing KSR products.

What are peoples thoughts on them as a brand in terms of overall quality, reliability, ease of installation etc?

I've used some of their lights on a commercial job (not downlight tho). Found them no better or worse than anything else. Ferg, If it is for downlights, and you are after integrated units I would go with Halers.

Which wholesaler are you moving to? The one by screwfix or the one down by the Ness? Just guessing based upon those that stock KSR! My preference would be for the wholesalers behind the bus depot - just to be cryptic!

Good to know they are not terrible then.
It's the one down by the Shore.
The one by the Depot I found to be really hit and miss with pricing, quality and service.
The one next to Screwfix good service but poor quality products.

I'd stay where I am but have consistently had problems with pricing.

Have you spoken to Iain to sort it out. I’ve always had good service from them. He was well pished at CEF live! Met the new manager.

TBH I've tried CEF a couple of times albeit a good few years ago and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
It left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm not sure I could bring myself to use them again. :D
I got the impression it was a culture within the branch and nationally to treat customers badly and screw them over on pricing as much as possible.
It doesn't help that I'm better at holding a grudge than most people I know.

I'm going to give these guys a go and see how I get on but it's looking promising so far.

One of the guys at the new place used to be at Electric centre. Can't recall his name but he's really knowledgable
