Lines through members names..?

Maybe this has already been answered somewhere, but why have some members (some regular ones at that) got lines through their names??

Is it some sort of ban?

Indeed! I'v now read the 'infractions' thread. The reason I asked was that I was suprised to see Glenn has received a (apparently meaty) ban, as he always seemed pretty knowledgeable in discussions.
