Need help desperately

The green and yellow sleaving on my CPC in my light switch is short, help please I am desperate.

This is a really dangerous situation. Email the DNO about it, then turn off all your appliances, circuit breakers or fuses and the main isolator, then sit in cold darkness until the DNO rapid response team turn up. Better safe than sorry...

use a bit of shrek skin to extend it.

Just use some brown sleeving instead. Can't see what trouble would transpire from that.
