Hi all

Just have completed my electrician training course with Tradeskills4U and im looking for an opportunity to work as an apprentice to get some experience and hands on the job.

My professional background are logistics, for the last 20 years, however im kind of fed up with it and would like to try something different and really enjoy working with electrics, electronics, mecatronics and anything revolving around these areas.

I´ve got a couple of free working days, Thursday and Friday, and i might consider Saturdays as well, depending on the offer.

Proficient with computers (windows, office (excel advanced), etc) still have my computer science degree pending to be completed.

First aider, yard marshall, FLT certified and loads of other stuff, i can adapt easily to any task, process or project and im based in Horsham, close to Crawley - West Sussex.

More then happy to provide references or additional information/CV, please do reach out if you have the opportunity im looking for, send me a pm.

Thank you for the time reading this message

All the best
Pedro

Welcome to the forum mate.
I would get one of the mods to remove your email address as you might get lots of spam putting your email on a public forum. Just get anyone offering you work to send you an PM.
Also, what was the course like?
How long was it and do you think it was worth the money?

Hi,

Thank you so much for the warm welcoming and for removing my email from the thread, really didn´t paid much attention into that potential issue when posting. Appreciated.

The course wasn´t bad, the guys at skills4U really knew what they were talking about, took me 4 weeks, spread over 3 months to complete, however it was tailored to pass the tests and that´s it. I believe I´ve done it pretty well considering that I´m not in the trade as most of folks over there, and now I would like to put my hands on the job to get some experience.
As mentioned on my 1st post, i do have other skills and probably i can bring over some value into the trade, looking forward to hear from somebody as I can be flexible in regards to any project.

In regards to the money spent I do consider it as an investment, time will tell if it will pays off especially if taking in consideration all the buzz around electric vehicles and transportation.
