Hello all ,
I’m currently in the middle of readying my garden for next summer , basically I want to put power into my shed. running a 4mm armoured from the house to the shed and into the board inside the shed. The boards that are on sale have a 40amp main switch and then the two breakers for sockets and lights. My main question is what size breaker should I use inside the house for the power ? I was going to use 32amp… this is being done by a professional but I’m just pricing it up and getting a general idea.

I don't like cables clipped to a fence panel , looks naff and if the panel gets blown down it pulls all the cables out of place
