Replacing Comelit 2702

Hi I have replaced my old Comlit intercom with a new Comlit 2702. My problem is that the intercom works fine. But the door doesn't open - no noise or anything. What have I done wrong? Wiring for old and new Comlit boards attached. Old one is first new one is second.

Its driving me mad what have I done wrong?
There are also two wires a redand a black one that didnt seem to be connected in the old one and I have left them as is.
