RJ45 modules

Hi,

Im looking for a metal or hard wearing RJ 45 module and faceplate.Any ideas where i would find such a thing? Ive been looking in all the usual places without any success.

MK and crabtree both do metal faceplates for the modules, I have never seen metal modules though. The modules tend to fall out a lot less then on the toolstation specials though!

Nor sure about a module bit difficult to get metal flexible enough to clip in but if you wanted a solid metal RJ45 face plate then you could try these or these.

Go for a Nexans shielded jack, they are metal, you don't need to terminate the shield if you are using UTP
