Had my niceic assessment this morning and got round to talking about the 18th.
The assessor says hes been told at the niceic assessors meeting the additional earth rod on pme thing has been pushed into the long grass as there has been a lot of industry protest and also practical issues.... It may rear its head in the amendments but for now seems to have been stopped.
Funny thing was his friend who sits on one these panels who make rules said to him they are already working on amendment 1..it is at a semi ready draft stage. They will add to it when issues or problems arise out of the 18th.
Why not just delay the 18th to include amd1?
Other than that a nice straightforward assessment at short notice mainly talking theory and about half an hour testing. Only bad bit was the git eating all my purple quality street chocolates.
