I've always worked on an hourly rate. How ever been asked if I would be interested in doing some sub contracting on a day rate in East Anglian area. What's the average day rate any ideas?

Depends on the work really, I'm on £180 for a basic days labour. Doing domestic solar installs on price for £140 ago so on £280 or more a day with that.
A mate of mine does industrial controls and faults etc so is on around 3-500
