Can you help me why it makes noise? Or what it is?

See if the noise you are hearing coincides with someone pushing a button outside your door.

As above - the chime for the doorbell.

More likely that the noise is coming from the bell traffo - probably in the DB (fuse board).

Yes, the problem was the doorbell button
