updating post

hi all, not sure if its just me but when im posting on a thread, the posts don't automaticaly update, the only way for me to vew the next post is to click back (to the main page) then click on the thread again. I get the emails saying someone has replied/posted on the thread etc, but the post doesnt show up.

is there an easy way to update the post without leaving and returning
would apreceate any help

If your staying on that page/thread it won't update unless you refresh the page. Hit the refresh button at the top of the screen. Or once you've posted something look at another thread and afterwards hit the what's new or new post button.
