had my van professionally done yesterday and what a difference!! i had some dodgy racking in previous but my god this is brill..
 
glad you had it done professionally , steve. ply lining looks pants on the outside.unless of course, you are a glazier. LOL.
 
Looks great Duham, got my ply done professionally too and in double quick time but have built my own racking so doesn't look as fab as yours!:p
 
it set me back £240

i already had wheel covers and floor installed...!!

so installed was

*Bulkhead
*Sides
*Wheel Boxes Customised to Fit
*Custom Racking unit built to my spec with holes to suit 2g and 1g units!! also it comes out more than normal unit so more space!! normal RRP of standard rack (alone) is £140ish!!

Fully fitted in 2.5 hours!!
 
Looks really good. I have got similar in my ex bt transit. I took all the bt metal racking out and favour ply as it is alot quieter and the weight of the bt racking was just under half tonne as I weighed it in.
