What's this? The White block attached to the top rccb and in the mcb module at the bottom? Hopefully pic has uploaded!

Look like just terminal covers...the main switch is just a cover anyway. It's covering the terminals and buss bar.

Isn't it looping out of position 1 on the lower row to feed the top row?

Bottom row is Non RCD top row is RCD.

I replaced a board today which had the same setup . it could ba a spare way or it could be the live feed for the rcd .
