Discuss What tool backpack does the forum recommend? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Never really needed a back pack, but you guys have got me thinking I'm missing out on something...
I do a lot of work in telecoms sites and it's often a trek to get anywhere with a set of ladders, laptop, printer and tools so backpack is ideal, saves extra trips back to the van to get more stuff.

Does anyone still use a briefcase ?

for over 45 years my dad kept his hand tools in a large brief case which had leather compartments inside to hold screwdrivers etc

a bit like this ,

but much older , all leather loops

I still got me grandads old carpenters hold-all bag in me workshop, lovely old thing it is must be nearly hundred years old now....?

type, style and weight of a rucksack all depend on how much an apprentice can carry while still playing a game on his phone.

these days you have to include "It". don't want to offend the sex neutral brigade do we?
