My son won Gold in Industrial Electronics. We didn't know obviously before hand, so my wife & I came up to show willing and support him & the college.

You might remember some fat middle aged bloke asking you in the bar what you had won gold for then saying "Ahh you were the lad who got the medal off Steve Bratt" (I think it was him who gave you the medal, I can't remember now it was a couple of weeks ago!)

I can’t remember to be honest, I hadn’t even had that much to drink I was holding back as I had then 5 hr drive home in the morning.
