    Hi All This Question came up in conversation today Can you use a RCD rated at 230 V 30 ma to cover a 110 v 30ma circuit Will it still trip in the recomended time Thanks again

    hi again i sat the 2391 exam 9 years ago and yes i did pass. it was just a question i asked as i didnt no if the exam had changed its name or became harder/easier thanks again ps it is a hard exam to do

    hi kas just out of daftness the supply to the house hasnt been interupted for a second or two or the lighting circuit switched on and off quickly as some pir come with built in overides.To get the fitting to stay on you simply switch the supply off then back on,its now in the overide position...
