    Domestic EICR and covid 19

    Is an EICR essential work. Id suggest not in an occupied home. A closed business wanting an EICR done could be the best time to have it done, as it wont cause downtime or disruption to business running. At the end of the day its your safety not just your customers.

    Having a few thoughts on what should and shouldn't come under PAT testing under the COP 4th Edition. I have no doubt wall heaters screwed to the wall and connected via a flex and FCU should be PAT tested, along with hand dryers, but does the same apply to Handwash units and 5-10litre water...

    Can you supply a diagram of how you wired it up. The contacts will be volt free, so will need to connected in series with the transformer feed.
