    The 20mm threads on the conduit glands. The plugs and connectors are used in a run of catering counters which are sent to site in sections and plugged together.Singles are used in the conduit. Regards,S

    Yes,because the fused spur prevents the 2.5mm cable carrying more than 3A,so no danger to the cable.Same as spuring a twin socket on a 2.5 from the 32A mcb on a ring final.The twin skt limits the current to 26A...

    From the duel plate ,you could run 2 2.5mm cables to the fused spurs since the 3A fuses protectect the 2.5 cables from overload.Or you could change the mcb in the consumer unit to 6A and use 1.5mm cable from the cooker plate.Rcd protection would be required for the bathroom fan and any buried...

    My biggest bugbear about the trade is,if you decide semi retire and do 2 or 3 days a week,you,v still got all the calibration costs,insurance, part P scams,transport and tools to pay for,so your sort of trapped in the same costs as a guy who works 7 days a week.I,m 72 by the way...

    No,if I understand the your layout any ring final cct starts at the consumer unit, connects into various sockets then returns to the cu,so 2 cables in the mcb.Sounds like you have a daisy chain of sockets without a return so chance of overloading the cable.A solution could be to fit a fused spur...
