    Just bought a new car..

    Just got a car through a friend...! what a load of crap.. leaks oil and water, sure the head gasket is blown. apparently owned by a lady.. however it looks like some trades person gas/electric owned it.... and it stinks of fish and chips...!! beware!

    Hilmor conduit bender

    Eveneing Gents I was just wondering if a conduit bender can be used to bend conduit without a conduit stop as a guy i know will let me have an old one but he says it has no stop will a bolt or something in its place work?

    makita or dewalt

    just about to treat myself to some new toys, always had makita 14.4v nimh stuff thats starting to get a bit tired now. Do I stick with makita transferring to liion or go to dewalt? Like the look of the makita 36v drill that works from 2 18v batteries!

    Have i bought the correct fluorescent light

    I have been thinking of putting a fluorescent light up in the loft and running it off a plug, so i went to b&q and bought a fluorescent electronic batten as it was very light and slim to the others b&q sold. So now i have bought it i'm thinking i should have bought the normal fluorescent light...

    DeWalt DW087K Self-Leveling Line Laser

    There is a newer model on the market now, but that seems to have only helped the DW087k drop in price. I bought mine after speaking to a few guys who use laser levels day in day out and they felt it was the best of the lot, can now get it for just over £100! Great for marking downlights...
