Hi all. In my daughters bedroom I noticed that after turning out her light it kept flashing (almost exactly every 4 seconds). Has anyone used these: Fireguard 11w Dimmable Low Energy Downlight White From the specifications they give they look like an attractive option (low energy, low heat, wide angle, dimmable) but are they actually any good?- Adam W
