    Plasterboard fixings for light fittings....

    I know it depends on the weight of the fitting, but in general, will plasterboard fixings hold the weight of a fitting? Obviously better to put a noggin in between joists but not an option. Cheers

    Fixings for roof brackets

    I'd be interested to hear what types of fixings people are using to secure their roof brackets. We have been using 8 x 80 Spax screws but aren't entirely sure what 'industry standard' is.... that is if there is actually a standard.
