    sub main in office.

    Hi. This may sound stupid, but when doing a sub main in the same building can you use one of the cores as an earth.(say 16mm 3core swa) or have to run a separate one? and the best way to terminate? ones before have be out houses had to put an earth rod in.

    I'm on a rewire and am looking at running a sub main for the kitchen circuits because of the house layout it's easier do it this way.     how do you work out the size of cpc supplying a sub main? and is it the same method for working out the main earthing conductor size? cheers in advance
