    Wylex old style breakers

    Anyone know what the breaking capacity of an old style plug in MCB on a Wylex board. The breakers are 6 and 16 Amp. Am i right in putting them down as BS3871? Cheers.

    Rcd fail half test wylex

    Has any one else had this, just installed a dual split board, Make wylex, when testing both RCD units it failed the first test which is the half rated test or non trip test. Now I did the test away from the board and at the board but made no difference! has this happened to any one else...

    Just off the phone to meggar technical support. They have been having problems with this specific brand of rcbo when carrying our Zs tests. Breaking tripping on test. Seemingly by reversing test leads, breaker doesn't trip...

    can i get a rcbo/rcd breaker for this old wylex board ?

    Hi guys, not seen to many of these boards and wondered if it is possible to get a 6a rcbo for it?? I trying to saving the customer money, and not change the board for a ful rcd. It is for a bathroom alteration... thanks

    i have a wylex nhrs9sl unit the small switch for the upstairs lights has gone is this a fuse or do i need to replace the whole switch units as it looks like its a compact unit its a nsbo6 any advise and instructions on how to go about this most appriecated
