1kw inverter

Am looking to run 4x250w panels east faceing and same west faceing . I need to track them seperate with either 2 single inverters or 1 dual tracker inverter . Every inverter i look at seem to be border line with either dc start up voltage to high or dc amp to high . The panels are http://www.suntellitesolar.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/ZDNY-C60++240w245w250w.pdf . 8 panels 4 per string .

Thought of that but panels already been fitted by roofer b4 design was thought through .

Well he's plonker then isn't he.

Quick run trhough on PVSol, suggests you could consider
2 x SMA SB1200's
2 x Eversolar eversol HF1000's (Midsummer energy) (Border line)
or
4 X Mastervolt 600's (Plastic, aslo Border line)


Else no choice but to take them off, lots of choice of micro's these days:

2 x sunnyboy SB1200, but even with them the string voltage is a bit borderline, though they are more efficient with lower voltages so it's the best you'll get I reckon if you can't do microinverters.

you could have a look at Steca Grid+ 2010... They're not a bad inverter with 2 x 1kW trackers. MPP range 80-400V

I'd look at micro inverters, this is where they come into their own on small systems.

The Eversolar HF1000 limits a bit with 4 x 250W - it would work well if you use 5 x 200W panels (such as the Sunrise 200W)

Four Mastervolt Soladin 700 would also work, but not the most cost effective option. The Soladin 1000 web will be out next month if you can wait.
