That method is about 5k, there is some other bits that I need todo which i didn’t mention in my initial post. So I might not be that far away,

I will try that method on some other jobs I have priced recently and see how it compares

If someone have quoted 3200 don't even try and beat it they will probably make a mess of it for that price anyway

Perhaps the other spark has done quite a few of them sane properties and knows all the routes,etc.
Good money to be made at that lower rate if say you’re doing 1 a week.

You could always put in a price to follow the cheap sparks to correct and rectify the work
