Discuss 3 meter rule in the Australia area at ElectriciansForums.net

why have posts been removed is there a problem with building site humour.
there was no swearing no insults just a bit of light hearted banter between adults
dont you think you are being a bit over zealoust

If i have to explain myself, the thread was veering a little off topic and we would have been on on page 2 before the OP had chance to reply.

i think we will have to agree to disagree it was 2/3 short post there is nothing in
a bit of humour that stops us being professional .

Best not to refer to it as the 3 meter rule, because that is the maximum lenghth of tails some DNOs permit before you supplyyour own switch fuse
If they, in your area, say, for instance 2 meters, thats what the rule will be
They decide so best check with them first

Hi Old Dog, I was wondering where my post had gone to aswell....hope I never upset anyone or overstreched the rules in any way....just a little light banter.....Im new to this forum and not sure of protocol....hope we are still friends Jason ! ;) :)

As i said chaps, it was nothing at all to do with the content.

Jut a bit of housekeeping to keep the thread on topic.

Worry not.

Its not worth it.
