Adjudications - Advertising Standards Authority - found a link to this and the usual suspects are all there but have a look at the Everest ad that the ASA upheld the complaint on. I'm not a big fan of Everest for obvious reasons but when the 43p was still in place (when this add went out) we've claimed ourselves up to £1500 tax free savings a year. I iddn't think it was a particular issue, we can provide the figures to demonstrate this and show a picture of a 4kwp installed system so what's the problem?? Obviously the figure will be lower with the 21p but I was surprised at the ASA response.
