I have been asked by the DNO to give the ADMD figures for a building that is being converted in to 8 flats in conjunction with electric power and gas heating. I have looked everywhere for a ADMD meaning but cant find one, has anyone ever heard of this???

Cheers, Debs (yes female electrician)

Have a look in the on site guide appendix A, this give the "standard" method of calculating diversity and thereby maximum demand, you will probably find the figures are too high so apply a bit of common sense to the answers if so.
Since the conversion is not done yet you will need to estimate the circuits in use in each flat, well worth while specifying what you have decided for circuits vs Max demand so that when they fit a 10kW shower in each flat you can show this was not planned for.
