HAD ME ANUAL ASSESMENT WITH THE NIC TODAY WHAT A NIGHTMARE.FIRST JOB I TOOK HIM TO THEY WASNT IN , FINALLY TURNED UP HALF HOUR LATER,DID ALL THE TESTS FINE,ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THEN WE CAME TO TEST THE RCD WHICH TRIPPED UNDER TEST AND WOULDNT RESET FINALLY SORTED THAT.GOT TO NEXT JOB AND YES YOU GUESSED IT NOBODY IN25 MINUTES LATER THEY TURNED UP.LUCKILY THE NIC GUY WAS OK BUT I RECKON I WAS CLOSE TO A REVISIT AT £300.PAST IT ANYWAY BUT WILL CHOOSE MY ASSESMENT JOBS VERY CAREFULLY IN FUTURE.

£300??? For a re-visit???? My god the NIC are damn expensive. Stuff like that can be out of your control too. What if the customer had been called away to work, or on urgent family problems?
Well done for getting it over for another year tho.

cheers. Yes £300 was the figure he said i would be charged if we couldnt get access to the second property,like you say things like that are out of your control..
