So I'm a bugger for new tools and decided to treat myself to this set just before the holiday. Now I haven't had chance to use it yet but One of my lads bought one at the same time and used it saying it is a cracking tool and worth the money.
I will give it a go in the new year and post my findings, In the meantime though anybody else got an opinion, I also bought the little socket set and precision screw driver set and can vouch for both of them.

Had a play with one at elex this year, versatile bit of kit especially with the t handles. They're on my to buy list along with a new van.

Probably worth mentioning that they need calibrating every year as well.

They are a bit heavy if you keep them in a pocket whilst doing a mains change. I bought the 5 piece set for 53 plus vat. have not compared them to others though regarding the weight

Got given a set from one of the wholesalers when they started getting popular a couple of years ago , been under a van seat since the first day or so apart from the odd outing to prove terminations if needed .
Bloody waste of time for day to day work with all the fiddling about needed with to set them and then back them off when not in use !

I've got a sealer torque screwdriver which was bought for doing something to an engine, can't remember what. I tried it once on a memshield 3 board, wasn't too impressed with it so now it lives in the shed with the other torque wrenches.

The torque wrenches have seen more use in electrical work for the occasional larger panel board incomer etc.
