Take off a long section of the lid should be printed on the back.

The longer the section the more chance you have of finding it.

Just checked CEF, and their listings have Centaur, Schneider and Marshall Tufflex…. And none of them look the same. Different angle, and have fixings in the ends.

I was going to suggest Marco Apollo DADO MTD3 but difficult from just the photos.
