I don`t mind at all, makes a difference from some sods who asks a question then want to argue about it.....If I can help I happy to, infact I do get a kick out of it....If you are a construction company, then it`s megga bucks....on here you get it for free.....lol

Paul I think Tazz is on the same path as me, the kind of thing I was talking to you about earlier, Maybe running a theme along the lines of getting to spend the day with several mentors.
Without it feeling arrogant I think they would gain far more from that than a pair of cutters

Tazz i think I replied to the same thread has you with the above scenario, it is wrong sending theses lads out as cheap labour to work on installs of that nature .

Regarding the fear of getting ripped apart is there no way of getting it through to the trainees that they are perfectly safe in there and that any Mentor who abuses a trainee or the trainee section will be instantly Banned.

It has been said ssssoooo many times in there mate. Even Mentors will be thrown out without a care. This really is a safe place for them all. Maybe we need to tell them that in a "Sticky" thread???
