Had a look behind a 5 gang switch in my kitchen and noticed all the earth wires go into a connection block with no connection to the (metal) backbox. Also no earth to the metal front plate (which I understand is considered best practice rather than a requirement). Should that connector block have a wire to the earth on the backbox?
