hi folks- right in a factory there r 15 floodlights outside supplied from 3 different boards around the factory 5 on each board, above each board is a hand off auto switch, contactor and time clock, the owner wants the lights to come on at dusk so i was thinking photocell, and he wants them to go off again around 11 when the factory is closed. is wirin 3 photocells back to each board the best option or is there a easier cheaper solution?

put the photocell on as the contactor controll circuit with the timeclock set limclock to switch off at 11pm so breaking contactor circuit. then get it to switch on in morning sonmetime but the photocell will keep the circuit open till its dusk.

i would keep the over ride in as well.

as you said most of its there its only a photocell to put up for each board.
