No he doesnt,2391 is not needed to join the NICEIC domestic installer scheme,i should know i have been one for the last two years.i beleive you can do the EAL domestic installer course but will need 17th regs.ask shakey he will put you right.[/quote]Trouble, you need your 17th ed and your installation and test cert.
City and guilds 2391 as a minimum.
