I was trying to fix a microphone for musical recording however i touched one of the wires and a spark came out. Now the mic doesn't even pick up sound (before i got half the same when i originally bought it). Also my computer speakers made a sound when i did this and now they turn on but no sound comes out. Any suggestion as to go about fixing this? Thanks in advance.

As a sparky I am not too good with electronics but would say chances are something has been blown on the soundcard in the pc.
