Ok its getting late and my brain not operating at full whack

Where can i find definitve resistance values for SWA cable, PVC and XLPE using 3core and 1 core as earth so looking for R1 + R2 values.

I have seen this info somewhere before, but cannot put my hand upon it.

been looking at that table in the green book, but for some reason didnt think it applied to multi strand copper cables or XLPE cables.
