Discuss breaking the seal in the Canada area at ElectriciansForums.net

the problem would be trying to prove it was you that cut said seal. think you would literally have to be caught in the act to get done for it.

innocent until proven i think........ i got caught for running a temp lead from the main fuse but he just laughed called me thief and walked off lol
 
the best way is call edf tell them that you are rewire a new CU and found the main seal had been cutted at the address..... They much appreciate and also save your back side...!!!
