any idea where busbar is on this square d Cu ?

The protective devices plug onto it. The two rectangular slots on the spare ways conceal the busbar. Here you can see the two prongs which plug onto it.

cheers mate I need to add a new circuit so I’ll have to look for a mcb that will fit.

What size are you after. Those are the SQO range but KQ are identical but the are rated at 10ka as opposed to 6ka for the SQO.

Not today unless a wholesaler happens to have one as they are obsolete. I have a KQ if you are stuck which fit but are intended for their triple pole boards but identical. This company has one and they are pretty quick on delivery.

Square D is now part of Schneider. CEF is probably your best bet, but not sure if that range is a current product.

You don't get wonky breakers but it is annoying when they pop off the busbar when checking or making terminations.

There is that. Not that it's ever a problem, because the main switch would always be off during such activities so there is no issue of accidentally disconnecting the supply to something...
