Not sure if this of use to anyone, but I've created a digitally fillable Form 5. It just needs Adobe Reader to be filled. Made it so that when the form is digitally signed every field becomes permanent (so sign the form only after completing every field correctly), that way your customer can't then edit the form to suit themselves.

It's the standard BS7671 digitally available forms, so nothing flash.

If people find this useful, let me know and I'll also post the other forms up once I get around to making them fillable.

Good work, a nice touch on the permanent fields after signing.
You may want to update the form to match the 3rd amendment variations with the insulation resistance, RCD tests, socket RAs and recipient information and IET rather than IEE.
Well done on getting a decent delta symbol, I find this lacking in many fonts.
Recognition of effort required, I think:computer:!

I think that was downloaded from the iet directly before I edited it. Is it not the latest version? On phone, will check on computer once bairn down

Yep, so just seen I'd clicked an outdated link on the IET website and the latest form is ever so slightly different. Doh!

I'll get the latest one done sometime soon and post it up, and the other forms too if people would find them useful in this format?

Had a bit play on ipad. Quite easy to complete, sign, and email as needed and store in Google drive where I keep all my documents. Think this will save me a fiver a month that icertifi costs. Gonna do the eic tonight and upload.

Nice work High.

I did this on a spread sheet and also the EIC and EM forms, and at the moment doing the EICR.

Unfortunately I can't load up Excel files on here so if anyone wants the above on Excel then just give us a PM with email and i'll ping them over

This form is the minor works certificate that does not require an R1+R2 value to be recorded only the Zs is needed.
It is a good idea to do the R1+R2 if you can and if relevant as it avoids problems with powering up a faulty circuit but it is not required to be recorded on this form.
The electrical installation certificate still has R1+R2 boxes.

Hi all, thanks for comments. I've been ill all week so haven't gotten round to doing the others, but I plan to do them next week sometime and will upload.
