One of my customers have asked me if they can recommend a dimmer that will work with "E27 T5 Quick start
11W CFL -460Lm".

Below is an email they have sent me.
Is there anyone here that has a good understanding on dimmers?

"The nightmare we are having is how we make these dim.
A single Bulb dims to 20%. However when rigged as a component of 12 or 21 the Chandelier dims to 35 - 40%. Maybe even 50%. We told our customers 20% dimmability.
The main problem is there are many different types of dimmer switches which are manufactured to work on Halogen or Incandescent lamps…..not CFLs.Bulb
